Building Usage Page

To use a school building for an event/activity you must complete a building usage form online.  By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions for building usage:

  1. Pyrotechnics or smoke producing devices ARE NOT allowed.
  2. Once an activity or event has been approved, the setup/usage/location MAY NOT be altered.
  3. Location of all exits MUST be announced before beginning each event/activity.
  4. Areas MUST NOT be over capacity.
  5. All exit routes MUST be clear and all exit lights MUST be lit.
  6. At the discretion of Fire Officials an authorized fire department person MAY be required at an event.
  7. Please read all approval comments. If indicated, building usage may be subject to a pre-event walkthrough.

First time using this form? On the next screen you will login with your email address. If this is your first time filling out a Building Usage request you will be asked to enter your last name. Once you are done filling out the request you'll be prompted for a password which is "SPS" (no quotes, all CAPS).
